Zoveel emoties na de overwinning
Afgelopen wedstrijd was er eentje die ik niet snel zal vergeten in mijn leven. De belangrijke wedstrijd tegen Fleury stond natuurlijk op het programma en je kon al de hele week merken dat iedereen best wel een beetje zenuwachtig was. We waren net niet helemaal scherp want er stond natuurlijk best behoorlijk wat druk op deze wedstrijd. De strijd is groep 1 in de Champions League is zo spannend dat je eigenlijk gewoon elke wedstrijd moet winnen, anders kan het gewoon voorbij zijn. En ons doel is natuurlijk nu om die kwartfinales te halen.
De eerste paar minuten van de wedstrijd liet ook echt zien dat zowel Fleury als wij behoorlijk moesten inkomen. Wij nog net een graadje erger helaas. We begonnen slecht en kwamen gelijk een paar doelpunten achter. Toch was het met rust 8-8, de laagste score dit seizoen van een Champions League wedstrijd, en beloofde de tweede helft net zo spannend te worden. Het werd vechten voor ieder punt wat resulteerde in een gelijke stand met nog drie seconden te spelen en balbezit voor ons. Na een reis van ongeveer 12 uur kwamen we weer in Baia Mare aan waar een hele menigte fans ons stonden op te wachten en toe te zingen. Het is mooi dat iedereen zo mee leeft, zelfs als je uitspeelt. Iedereen ontzettend bedankt voor de support, bloemen en cadeaus. Laten we dit voortzetten, nog twee wedstrijden te gaan en de tweede plek ligt nog binnen handbereik! Maar nu eerst slapen en morgen alweer een competitie wedstrijd tegen Valcea thuis, weer live te volgen op Digi in Roemenië.
Crazy feelings after the victory
The game of yesterday will be probably a kind of game I will never forget. The important match against Fleury was finally there and you could already noticed the nerves last week in our team. We were just not so focussed, which is maybe normal, because there was a lot of pressure on this game. The fight four the ¼ final in Group 1 is so exciting that you just have to win every game in order not to lose that spot. And off course our goal is to get there, to the ¼ final. The first few minutes of the game you could see that both teams were struggeling with the importanteness of the game. We were playing, unfortunately, even worse than Fleury and immediately we were some goals behind. Despite that the half time score was 8-8, the lowest score in the Champions League this season so far and the second half turned out to just as exciting. It was really fighting for every point and every ball which resulted in an equal score with only three seconds to play. Luckily we had the ball and for everyone who didn’t see the match live, I would really recommand to go watch the last seconds of the game on ehftv J To win in the last second of the game is absolutely the most amazing feeling. The atmosphere in the team was great and although we played a bad match, we were happy with the points and it was time to celebrate a little. But only a little, because we already had to wake up at 04:00 in the night to drive to the airport. After a 12 hour trip we arrived in Baia Mare and there were so many people waiting for us and cheering! It’s so nice to feel that everyone is supporting us, even though we play away. Thanks to everyone for the support, the flowers and the presents. Let’s continue this road with two more games to go, we can reach that second place in the group! Sentiment de nebuie după victorie
Jocul de ieri va fi unul dintre cele pe care probabil nu le voi uita niciodată. Jocul cu Fleury era pe cale să înceapă și starea de nervozitate s-a putut observa în echipa noastră, cred, încă de săptămâna trecută. Nu am fost chiar așa de concentrate, ceea ce poate e normal, pentru că a fost o presiune imensă pentru acest meci. Lupta pentru accederea în sferturile de finală în această Grupă 1 este foarte aprigă, deci, este nevoie de victorie la fiecare meci pentru a nu pierde șansa de calificare. În primele minute s-a putut observa cum echipele conștientizau importanța acestui joc. Am jucat, din păcate, mai rău decât Fleury și aproape imediat am fost la câteva goluri în spate. În ciuda faptului că scorul la pauză a fost 8-8, cel mai mic rezultat de până acum în acest sezon de Champions League, a doua repriză a fost foarte aprinsă. A fost o luptă crâncenă, iar cu câteva secunde înainte de final scorul era egal. Din fericire, am avut atacul, iar pentru cine nu a reușit să vadă meciul în direct, recomand cu căldură să urmărească ultimele minute pe ehftv.com. Hai să continuăm acest drum din care au rămas, momentan, doar două jocuri, prin care putem urca pe locul al doilea în grupă! Dar, mai întâi, este timpul pentru un somn bun, iar mâine un meci în Liga Națională, împotriva celor de la HCM Râmnicu Vâlcea.
