Today it became official that I’m the Rookie Player of the Year 2015 in the EHF Champions League. I’m very honored that I achieved this nomination and also won it! This was never possible without all of the votes you gave me, so I just want to thank each and every one of you for voting for me. I got a lot of support from you guys in Romania and, off course, from my fans, friends and family in Holland, from my actual club HCM Baia Mare, who shared the information on their official Facebook page, but also for example from the fansite of my former club VfL Oldenburg and the Romanian facebook page ‘Handbal’. 

After a long period of injury I fought my way back and it feels amazing to crown the year of 2015 with this award 🙂 Never give up, and… Let’s do it!
